Storage Fees

We will gladly hold your firearm for 30 days after it has been received by us.

After 30 days you will incur a $1 a day storage fee. The storage fees will have to be settled before the firearm is transferred to you. Please remember that storage fees will be in addition to the transfer fees mentioned above.

Abandoned Property:

We will consider a firearm as abandoned property once one or more of the following conditions have been met:

• 1. No communication from customer regarding the property in storage
• 2. Refusal to pay storage fees.
• 3. Storage fees amount to the MSRP cost of the firearm in storage.

Once any of the above conditions are met, we will send an Abandoned Property notice via Certified Mail. If the fees and transfer are not settled with 30 days of Notice receipt, the Property will be considered abandoned and will be placed for sale.

It is the transferees responsibility to read and understand our Storage and Abandoned property Policy as well as our Transfer Policy.
