Transfer Policy

Inbound Transfer Requests.

If you are purchasing a firearm online and choosing Apocalypse Outfitters as your receiving and transfer FFL, there are a few things you need to know:

  1. You must contact us to arrange for the transfer, BEFORE IT SHIPS FROM YOUR PREFFERED RETAILER. Transfers received without prior notice will incur a $85.00 transfer fee. We reserve the right to refuse any delivery of a firearm that has not been pre arranged. ~ THE TRANSFER FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE
  2. The standard transfer fee is $40 and it includes the $5 FDLE background check fee, unless you fall into the category stated above and then it would be $85.00. ~ THE TRANSFER FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE
  3. We are a Home Based FFL and do transfers by APPOINTMENT ONLY. You must make an appointment to complete your paperwork and your background check.
  4. Your Name and address MUST match the name and address on the packing list and invoice that will be included with your firearm. If it DOES NOT MATCH, we WILL NOT transfer the firearm. You will be responsible for the return shipping to your online retailer.
  5. If your Background Check comes back as denied, you will be responsible to arrange a return to your online retailer. .

By arranging a firearm transfer or having a firearm shipped to us, you agree to the above stated policy. There will be no exceptions made.

Once you submit the form you will receive an email acknowledging your transfer request has been received.
